Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Items that have been used, opened, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
